Payment

Cash on Delivery (COD)
At the moment, we only offer cash on delivery – payment is made directly to the courier upon delivery.
Once your order is confirmed, your package will be shipped via courier service and you will pay the courier when the package is delivered.
We are currently working on introducing card payment options soon.

Shipping Within Serbia

Orders within Serbia are shipped via BEX courier service within 1–2 business days.
 In rare cases, delays may occur - especially during holidays, sales periods, or due to changes in courier service operations. Should this happen, we will inform you via the email address provided during checkout.

Shipping is free for orders over 6.000 RSD. For orders under that amount, a 420 RSD shipping fee will be applied at checkout.

BEX also offers delivery to parcel shops in major cities.
If you know you won’t be home during the delivery window, we recommend redirecting your package to a parcel shop — you can then pick it up at your convenience.

International Shipping

We currently do not offer international shipping.
However, we are working on making international delivery available very soon.
