TERMS OF PURCHASE
Prices including VAT
All prices listed on the website are valid on the day of the order and include VAT. All prices are displayed in RSD. Upon completing your order on the website, you will receive an order confirmation email. This email contains your details as provided during checkout.
Payment
Cash on Delivery
Currently, we only offer the option to pay cash on delivery (directly to the courier at the delivery address). Once the order is confirmed, the package will be shipped via courier service and you will pay the courier upon delivery.
We are currently working on introducing card payment options.
Shipping Within Serbia
Delivery within Serbia is carried out by BEX courier service within 1–2 business days. In exceptional cases, minor delays may occur, especially due to changes in courier operations, sales periods, holidays, or non-working days. In such cases, you will be notified via the email address provided when placing your order.
Once we receive your order, you will receive an automatic message to your provided email. If additional information is needed, we will contact you via the phone number you provided.
For orders over 6.000 RSD, delivery is free. For orders under this amount, a shipping fee of 420 RSD will be charged.
BEX courier service also offers the option of picking up your package from parcel shops in larger cities. If you know you won’t be home during the delivery time, we recommend redirecting the package to a parcel shop – you can then collect it at your convenience.
International Orders
Orders outside the territory of Serbia are currently not possible. International delivery will be available soon.
RIGHT TO WITHDRAW
In accordance with the Law on Consumer Protection, purchases made through our online store are considered distance selling.
The law guarantees the buyer the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of product receipt. When withdrawing, the buyer is not required to provide reasons.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must submit a withdrawal form. Please send an email to contact@hausofwalk.com and we will send you the withdrawal form. The form must be completed with relevant details about the buyer and product, printed, signed, scanned, and returned to contact@hausofwalk.com.
We will confirm receipt of the form without delay and send instructions on how to return the product.
According to the Consumer Protection Law, the cost of returning the product is borne by the buyer.
The buyer must return the product without delay, and no later than 14 days from the day the withdrawal form was sent. After this 14-day period, the product can no longer be returned.
Only unused and undamaged products can be returned.
Upon receiving the product, it will be checked for functionality and condition. The buyer is responsible for any defects or damages resulting from improper handling. If it is determined that the product was damaged or misused by the buyer, a refund will be denied, and the product will be returned at the buyer's expense.
Refunds are issued upon receipt of the product, provided it is in proper condition, and are made to the buyer’s bank account as stated in the withdrawal form.
PRODUCT COMPLAINTS
Based on the Consumer Protection Law, Unlimited Marketing Solutions PR, on August 3, 2025, adopts the following:
COMPLAINT POLICY
The consumer has the right to file a complaint.
The complaint can only be processed with a valid receipt (invoice). The seller is required to respond in writing or electronically within 8 days of receiving the complaint. The resolution deadline is 15 days from the date of submission.
Article 1.
For products WITH A WARRANTY CARD, the terms and timelines specified in the warranty card apply.
The warranty does not cover damage caused by the buyer, improper use, or wear and tear due to normal usage. In the event of warranty violations, the buyer must pay for repairs.
The consumer must retain the receipt and warranty card.
If the defect cannot be resolved, the product can be exchanged for another of the same or higher value with an additional payment.
If repair or replacement is not possible, the consumer is entitled to a full or partial refund, as agreed with the seller.
The warranty starts from the date the receipt is issued.
The warranty does not cover: mechanical, electrical, or other damage from improper use; unauthorized modifications; wear and tear; water/moisture/fire/lightning/earthquake/flood damage; overheating; use of incompatible items; incorrect installation or disassembly; third-party tampering; or any misuse or improper storage.
Article 2.
For products WITHOUT A WARRANTY CARD:
If the delivered item is not in conformity with the contract, the buyer may request a repair, replacement, price reduction, or contract termination.
The seller is liable for non-conformity that occurs within two years of purchase.
The buyer may choose repair or replacement. If that is not possible or reasonable, they may request a price reduction or contract termination.
The seller bears the cost of resolving the non-conformity.
These rights do not affect the buyer’s right to compensation for damages caused by the non-conformity.

Article 4.
The seller will keep records of all complaints, including customer data and complaint resolution details.
Article 5.
These rules are publicly available on www.hausofwalk.com and the seller reserves the right to update them.
Buyers will be informed of any changes via the website.
If the buyer disagrees with the changes, they may file a complaint according to applicable consumer protection laws.
If the buyer agrees with the changes, they are obliged to follow the updated terms.

Privacy Protection
Unlimited Marketing Solutions PR is committed to protecting customer privacy. We collect only necessary personal data required for processing and fulfilling orders, and for customer communication.
Customers can choose whether to subscribe or unsubscribe from our marketing lists.
All data is securely stored and accessible only to employees who need it for their work. All employees of Unlimited Marketing Solutions PR are responsible for maintaining confidentiality.

7) Consent Withdrawal:

9) Prohibited Processing:

11) In Case of Unauthorized Processing:
Users may report to the Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection.
12) Data Security:
Appropriate technical and organizational measures are in place to protect data from unauthorized access or misuse.

HAUS OF WALK BRAND AMBASSADOR TERMS
1. OVERVIEW
These terms apply between Unlimited Marketing Solutions PR ("Company") and any individual or entity participating in the Brand Ambassador Program ("Ambassador").
2. PARTICIPATION
2.1 Eligibility
Ambassadors must be 18+ years old.
2.2 Application & Acceptance
Ambassadors must complete the application process. Participation is subject to Company approval.
3. RESPONSIBILITIES
3.1 Promotion
Ambassadors are expected to promote the Haus of Walk brand via social media and content creation.
3.2 Compliance
Ambassadors must comply with all applicable laws and Company guidelines.
3.3 Content Approval
All promotional content must be submitted to the Company for approval prior to posting.
4. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
4.1 Commissions
Ambassadors may earn commissions through sales generated via referral codes.
4.2 Perks
Ambassadors may receive free products, discounts, and exclusive access.
5. TERM & TERMINATION
5.1 Duration
The agreement is effective upon acceptance and remains in effect until terminated by either party.
5.2 Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement at any time. The Company may terminate immediately in the event of a breach.
6. CONFIDENTIALITY
Ambassadors agree to keep all proprietary or confidential information received during the program confidential and not disclose it without written consent.
7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All trademarks, logos, content, and IP remain the property of the Company. Ambassadors receive a limited license to use them solely for promotion.
8. MODIFICATIONS
The Company reserves the right to update these terms at any time. Changes become effective immediately upon notice.
9. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This agreement represents the full understanding between the parties and supersedes prior agreements.
